Way too much description for my tastes, with very little action. I don’t want to know pages of details about their shared childhood or about lollipops and gum they traded while climbing a tree. I don't even want to do the angst-ridden on-again-off-again with Oliver and Erica. If you don’t mind leaping back and forth through a diary and combing through -ly words to figure out a story, then this one’s for you.
I voluntarily read and reviewed a free advanced reader copy of this book. I have a difficult time reading and enjoying a book that jumps from present to past and back again. This story has multiple levels of jumping around with both main characters. When I finished the story, I liked the idea of the story but that jumping around turned me off. If you don’t mind the jumping around that does not appear to improve the story, give this book a try.
Well, first off dont grab a tissue box, or even two... grab some hand towel. That might be enough for the tears.
This writer. Oh my... I only found 1 true error, otherwise this book was emotional, heartbreaking, loving, tender, hard, sweet, joyful, passion filled, but wrenching, and one you will want to read again and again.
Oliver, the man who felt deeply, fully, and always.
Erica, the free spirited angel who stole his heart and his soul.
This story jumps in years, and from both points of view, you see them as children, teens, barely 20s.... then you see the fall out, and what happens after.
Truly an amazing story. I am so grateful I received an advanced copy of this book and I hope you enjoy it as much as i.
This story is one for the books. If you are someone who enjoys a fantastic love story with a great plot and good writing this is a book for you.

Without giving to much away this is the story of Oliver and Erica and the many obstacles thrown in the way. This story will make you feel like your heart is breaking and you don't know if can be repaired. Oliver and Erica, as written by Desiree Span help you to see that there is an epic love out there.

If a skeptic like me, who devours romance novels, can believe in this once in a lifetime romance then is a well written story. The best love stories are of those who start as friends and build into something more. The love is palpable on the pages, so this is definitely worth a read and maybe a second read.
A true page turner that will make you sympathize and identify with its characters.

This story makes me wish that everyone could find themselves in a situation like this. The good times athe misunderstandings that happen here as in life . I did not like the ending, I wanted the to continue on
